As the last quarter of 2020 closed, a major ISP customer of PerfTech’s Bulletin System purchased a substantial license expansion package to accommodate growth in their number of broadband subscribers. While this and other ISP customers have been challenged this past year by pandemic-related ups and downs in broadband demand versus subscribers’ ability to afford services, they have found in-browser messaging to be a highly effective tool to communicate changes in usage billing, late fees, speed enhancements, and other perks to help their subscribers cope.
